Projoodle is a simple project management tool for to-do lists, checklists, and Kanban boards, without login, without complicated setup, and without unnecessary features.
Projoodle was created from a very practical problem: collaboration should be easier, not more complicated.
The idea for Projoodle came from everyday work with real client projects.
For internal work, we were already using a Kanban board – there are plenty of good tools for that.
It only became difficult when we wanted to involve clients in these projects.
The feedback was always similar:
So we set out to look for a project management tool without login.
A tool that you can simply open, understand, and use immediately.
We didn’t find one.
So the idea was born to build one ourselves.
Projoodle deliberately works differently than classic project management software.
You create a project and receive a personal project link. Using this link, you work alone or together with others on:
Completely without a user account, without registration, and without passwords.
This way, clients, friends, or club members can start working right away – without explanation, without training.
The name Projoodle is made up of two familiar terms:
From Proj and oodle came Projoodle –
a tool for projects that works as simply as scheduling a meeting.
Projoodle is for people who want to work on projects together – without tool stress.
For example:
Whether private or professional: Projoodle is meant to help you keep an overview – not create extra work.
We believe:
That’s why Projoodle focuses on what matters:
planning tasks, completing tasks, and seeing progress together.
Projoodle can be used for free – without any time limit.
For more space, better overview, and additional features, there is a Pro version.
No subscription obligation, no hidden costs.
You decide what you need.
Projoodle is developed and operated by PAWECO GmbH in Switzerland.
Behind the tool is a small team focused on usability, data protection, and long-term development.
Projoodle is not a corporate product, but a deliberately lean tool – built from real needs and for real projects.
