Can I really use Projoodle without login?

Yes. You can create a project right away, add tasks, and use your Kanban board – without any registration. You receive a personal project link that lets you access your project at any time.

Why should I create a free account?

With a FREE account, you can store up to two projects and access them anytime in your project overview. Without an account, you can only access projects via the respective link.

Are tasks limited in the FREE version?

No. In the FREE version, you can create unlimited tasks – whether as a to-do list or in the Kanban board.

What is the biggest difference between FREE and PRO?

With PRO, you can use unlimited projects, participants, and files, and get additional features such as password protection, search, email reminders, and unlimited Kanban columns.

Is there advertising in the FREE version?

No. Projoodle is ad-free – both in the free version and in the Pro version.

Can I switch from FREE to PRO later?

Yes. You can upgrade to PRO at any time. Your existing projects remain and do not need to be recreated.

Is Projoodle PRO automatically renewed?

Yes. Projoodle PRO is a subscription and is automatically renewed for the selected term (monthly or yearly). You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, Pro remains active until the end of the already paid period – no additional costs apply.

Can I cancel PRO again?

Yes. Projoodle PRO can be cancelled at any time – with no minimum term.
