Write comments

Sometimes a task title is not enough for everyone to know exactly what needs to be done. In Projoodle, you can therefore add comments to each task so that agreements are not lost in chats and it remains clear later what was agreed.

How comments work in Projoodle

You open a task, write your comment, and choose who you want to send the comment to. The selected person receives your comment by email and can reply to it.

If text is not enough, you can also add a photo or video to your comment – useful for examples, references, or a quick “this is how it should look” hint.

Commenting in 3 steps

  1. Open task
  2. Write a comment (short & clear)
  3. Select recipient → click “Reply”

Why comments improve collaboration

Increased productivity:

When everything is documented in one place, there is less back and forth. And tasks are completed faster.

Improved relationships:

Clear communication reduces misunderstandings and ensures that everyone is on the same page.

Better work quality:

When responsibilities and details are clearly documented, the quality of execution improves.

Document agreements directly on the task and inform your team by email – without login, without complicated tools.

Frequently asked questions about comments

Here are the most common questions about comments in Projoodle – from sending to collaboration.

Can I write multiple comments per task?

Yes. You can add as many comments as you like to each task.

Who receives my comment?

When writing, you choose who you want to send the comment to. That person receives an email.

Can the other person reply to my comment?

Yes – ideally, the person replies directly in Projoodle (in the same task), so the reply is saved as a comment in the history. Replying by email is possible, but it is currently not automatically added to Projoodle – it arrives as a regular email.

Can I include images or videos in a comment?

Yes. If text is not enough, you can enhance your comment with a photo or video.

Can I simply forward the project link so someone can comment?

Better not. Instead, use Invite participants (by email) so that each person is properly included and you can manage communication in a targeted way.
